2024 Update

The Employee Solution Service was founded in 2015 as a specialist consulting company. 

In 2019, the director of the company Michael Hempseed published the book Being A True Hero: Understanding and Preventing Suicide in Your Community, www.beingatruehero.com

The book is now being used by the New Zealand Police, Fire and Emergency New Zealand, GPs, counsellors, teachers, parents and many others.
